The sport and recreational center located above the Hotel Amfora provides you with tennis courts, soccer -, handball -, volleyball- and basketball fields to add to your overall holiday enjoyment. Right next to it, you will also find a keep-fit trail. In the hotel “Amfora”, there is a swimming pool, sauna and wellness facilities available. Please ask at the reception.
In the hotel "Palace" there is an indoor-swimming pool, however it can only be used by hotel guests.

International New Year Sailing Regatta :
The international New Year Sailing Regatta has been taking place in Hvar for thirty years. It is organized by the sailing-club "Zvir", the town of Hvar, the tourist board and “Suncani Hvar”.
Tennis Hvar Open :
An international tennis tournament for women, which takes place under the name "The pearls of the Adriatic Sea" in several cities along the Croatian coast. In Hvar, it is organized by the hotel chain "Suncani Hvar".

Diving
Diving is allowed only with authorized diving centers. There are several diving centers in town.
We explicitly advise you that underwater fishing is prohibited on the entire island.
